Nuno Cerejeira Namora is a Founding Partner of Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão and a Specialist Employment Lawyer, a title officially recognised by the Portuguese Bar Association.

He holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law from Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique, where he conducted research into workplace bullying and harassment, presenting a dissertation entitled “Moral Harassment or Mobbing: De Iure Condendo Solutions”. He graduated in Law from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa and has completed postgraduate studies in Employment Law, as well as in Labour Administrative Offences and Special Employment Contracts.

Throughout his career, he has successfully combined legal practice with extensive academic, professional association and training activities. He is the founder of Law Academy and has held several positions within the Portuguese Bar Association, notably serving as Vice-President and Member of the Porto Deontology Council, as well as sitting on examination panels for admission to the Bar.

He is also a member of several national and international organisations dedicated to the study and development of Employment Law, including CIELO – Comunidad para la Investigación y el Estudio Laboral y Ocupacional, JUTRA – the Luso-Brazilian Association of Labour Law Jurists, Fórum Penal – the Association of Criminal Defence Lawyers, and the Luso-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He was a member of the Organising Committee for the 2017, 2019 and 2025 editions of Labour2030, a leading conference focused on the challenges of the future of work, innovation and employment relations.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Lawyers’ and Solicitors’ Pension Fund.
