Gonçalo Cerejeira Namora joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2015, where he works in the areas of Privacy, Digital and Technology, Employment, Intellectual Property, Corporate, Sports, and Litigation.

He holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and a Master’s degree in Law, specialising in Labour Law, from the Portuguese Catholic University – Porto Regional Centre.

He has undertaken several additional training programmes, including:

  • Advanced Course in Data Protection Compliance in the European Union by the European Institute of Public Administration – EIPA, Maastricht

  • Cybersecurity Course, IJC – FDUC

  • Specialisation Course in Sports Law, by the Institute of Business and Labour Law (IDET), Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra

  • Course on Sports and Arbitration at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, by the Institute of Business and Labour Law (IDET), Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra

  • Trainer Training Course by the IEFP

He writes academic articles for specialist legal publications in various fields, among which the following stand out:

He is also a member of the Association of Young Labour Lawyers (AJJ) and the Portuguese Sports Law Association (APDD).

He has been a member of the Organising Committee for the 2017, 2019, and 2025 editions of Labour2030, a Law Academy event.
