Mafalda Areal Rothes joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2018, where she works mainly in the Labour Law area.
She has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and a Master's degree in Law with a specialisation in Legal-Private Sciences from the same institution, having presented her thesis on the subject: ‘The Regime of Non-Impugnation of Facts in Civil Procedure’.
In addition, she attended the XX Postgraduate Course in Banking, Stock Exchange and Insurance Law, organised by the Institute of Banking, Stock Exchange and Insurance Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
She is currently attending the X edition of the Postgraduate Course in Labour and Social Security Law at the Portuguese Catholic University - Porto Branch.
She is an IEFP accredited trainer.
