Marinho

Tatiana Marinho joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2014, where she works in the Employment, Privacy, Digital and Technology and Intelectual Property practice areas.

Tatiana graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and holds a Master in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Madrid, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Intellectual Property Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and several other complementary training courses:

• Postgraduate Course in Labor Law, provided by Instituto do Direito das Empresas e do Trabalho
• Advanced Course in Data Protection Compliance in the European Union, by the European Institute of Public Administration - EIPA, Maastricht;
• Cybersecurity course, IJC – FDUC;
• Patent Application Writing Course, by the National Institute of Industrial Property - INPI;
• General Course on Industrial Property, by the National Institute of Industrial Property - INPI
• IEFP Training for Trainers

She is also a member of the Association of Young Labour Lawyers - AJJ, and a member of the Organising Committee of the 2025 edition of Labour2030, an initiative of the Law Academy.
