Diana Silva Cruz joined Cerejeira Namora Marinho Falcão in 2022, working in Civil and Consumer expertise areas.
Graduated in Law by University of Porto Faculty of Law, she also has a Master's degree in Administrative Law, by the Portuguese Catholic University, having presented her thesis on the subject: "The Omission of Patients’ Duties of Vigilance: Analysis of Article n.º10, n.º 3 of the RRCEE".
During her academic path, she was Vice-Presidente for Moot Court Competitions of ELSA U. Porto, and also Head of Academic Programme in the I Edition of Summer ELSA Law School Porto.
She has completed inumerous extracurricular courses, namely a Brief Course in Witness Interview, a Webinar in Migration Law, among others.
She is also an IEFP accredited trainer.
