Carina Pais joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2025, where she works mainly in the area of Family, Minors and Successions.

She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto in 2023 and, since that year, has been a master's student at the same institution, specializing in the area of Legal-Family and Succession Sciences.

During her academic career, she carried out complementary training, such as the "Training in Notarial Law – execution of notarial acts", promoted by KaizenCert – Center for Legal and Business Studies and "Marriage vs. Common-law Marriage", promoted by CNED and AEDUM, both in 2023. She was also a speaker at the "I Conference of the FDUP Master's Degree in Legal-Family and Succession Sciences – The Family and the Process", promoted by CIJ, in 2024.

She joined the Students' Association of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto as a member of the Department of Legal Production. Between 2022 and 2025, she also held the positions of Human Resources Officer and, later, Vice-President of the Supervisory Board at ELSA U.Porto.

She completed a summer internship at a law firm and later, under the Protocol signed with FDUP, in 2025 she completed a short non-curricular internship at another law firm.
