Ana Rita Babo Pinto joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in December 2025, where she works in the Public Law practice.
She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and a Master’s degree in Administrative Law from the School of Law of the University of Minho. She is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
Since 2017, she has been practising law, having been part of the Public Law teams of several law firms, including Sérvulo & Associados and Vieira de Almeida & Associados, as well as the Bank of Portugal. She also served as an in-house lawyer (2021–2025), working mainly in Administrative Law (procedural and substantive) and Public Procurement.
She is an Invited Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where she teaches curricular units within the field of Public Law. She also serves as a Member of the General Council of the Portuguese Bar Association and as a Member of the Disciplinary Board of the Portuguese Football Federation.
In addition, she is a certified trainer in Public Law, having collaborated, among others, with the Lisbon Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association and the National Institute for Public Administration (INAP).
Her research focuses on Administrative and Constitutional Law, and she is the author of several publications and a speaker at conferences and continuing education courses in these areas.
