Raquel
Quaresma

Raquel Quaresma joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2025, where she works in the area of Family, Minors, and Inheritance Law.

She has a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Lusófona do Porto and completed the curricular year of the Master's in Criminal Legal Sciences at the same institution.

In January 2024, she was awarded the “Dr. Fernando Sousa Magalhães Prize” by the Porto Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association for achieving the highest score in the area of Professional Ethics in the Bar Admission Written Exam held on June 12, 2023.

She has completed several additional training courses, including:

• “The Succession Process – from the opening of the succession to the division of the estate”, course organized by the Legal and Judicial Training Unit of the Centre for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra, 2024;
• “Domestic Violence and Female Genital Mutilation”, continuing education organized by the Centre for Judicial Studies (CEJ), 2021;
• “The Abusive Exercise of Parental Responsibilities”, conference organized by the Lisbon Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association, 2020.
