João Cardoso joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2025, where he works in the Public Law practice area.
He holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, and has also completed two Postgraduate Degrees, one in Contract Law, organised by the Centre for Consumer Law at the University of Coimbra, and another in Planning, Urbanism and Environmental Law, promoted by CEDOUA – Centre for Studies in Planning, Urbanism and Environmental Law at the University of Coimbra.
He began his professional career at Habitâmega – Construções, S.A., later moving on to PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, then at GAIURB, at Eurest Portugal and, in 2024, he took on the role of lawyer responsible for the Real Estate and Licensing area at Mercan Properties.
He has solid experience in providing legal advice to Clients in various areas of Public Law, with a special focus on urban planning matters.
