Luís Oliveira Marques joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2025, where he works in the areas of Labour Law and Litigation.
He holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, Porto Regional Centre.
Additionally, he attended the 1st Intensive Course on Labour Crimes and Offences, organised by the Institute of Labour Law.
In 2011, he began his professional career at BGA Advogados, where he was part of the Credit Recovery, Labour, and Litigation departments. Later, between 2023 and 2025, he worked in the Labour department at Mercadona.
He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to clients across several areas of Labour Law, particularly in matters related to working time organisation, disciplinary procedures, procedures leading to the termination of employment contracts, and labour litigation.
