Mónica Fernandes joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2023, where she works in the area of Public Law.
She holds a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (2020) and a Master's Degree in Administrative Legal Sciences from the same institution (2022), having presented a dissertation on the topic "Reserved contracts in the Public Contracts Code." She is currently attending a Postgraduate Programme in Administrative Justice at CEDIPRE – Centre for Public Law and Regulation Studies.
Since 2021, she has been developing her practice in the area of Administrative Law, with a particular focus on Public Procurement, advising public entities and economic operators throughout the entire contractual cycle, from contract formation to execution.
Alongside her professional practice, she has been engaged in training activities in the field of public procurement, serving as a speaker in courses and specialisation programmes aimed at both public and private entities. She is a certified professional trainer, accredited by the IEFP.
