Sara Campelo de Carvalho joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in 2025, where she works in the Tax area.
Sara has a Law Degree from the School of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University - Porto Regional Center and a Master's Degree in Law & Management from the same University, having written her Master's Dissertation on "Bitcoin: From Legal Framework to Taxation". Sara also concluded a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law at IDET from the University of Coimbra, Law School and, later, a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Services at CIDP from the University of Lisbon, Law School.
She began her professional career at BMC – Sociedade de Advogados, where she initially worked in Tax. Subsequently, she joined the Commercial and Corporate department at José Pedro Aguiar-Branco e Associados –Sociedade de Advogados, and the Commercial and Contracts department at PRA - Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados– Sociedade de Advogados.
She has various additional training programmes, including:
“Short Course in TaxLitigation”, organizedby the Universityof Minho Schoolof Law, 2022;
“Short CourseonTaxEnforcement and Counter-ordering”, organizedby the Universityof Minho Schoolof Law, 2020.
She is also an accredited trainer by the IEFP.
